The After Dark Revue (formerly known as Babes in Sin Burlesque TEXAS) is a burlesque and vaudeville troupe that has been performing in Corpus Christi, Texas since 2005. These gals are REAL dames with dangerous curves and serpentine moves. The After Dark Revues beginnings go back to Las Vegas where Babes in Sin was born in 2004. Rosie Rawhyde co-founded Babes in Sin in Las Vegas and in 2005 brought it to Corpus Christi Texas. Eventually, the Texas Chapter of Babes in Sin grew in to a new species all its own and in 2009, The After Dark Revue was born. With roots still deeply entwined in vintage and traditional burlesque, The After Dark Revue explores all genres of music and performance. Sassy, classy, A little dirty but not trashy, the ladies of The After Dark Revue stand by their motto, putting forth on stage a level of class and sophistication, while still evoking the inner vixen thats buried deep in every woman. The gals of The After Dark Revue have produced and directed countless shows exclusively at The House of Rock as well as traveled across the state as guests in numerous productions. We hope to see you at our shows throughout this new and exciting adventure.

Rosie Rawhyde
Raised on the infamous Texas Rivera, Rosie Rawhyde left the dust of Texas in search or the glitz and glamour of Las Vegas and in 2004 found her destiny as a co-founder, producer and performer in one of Las Vegas' first neo burlesque shows "Babes in Sin Burlesque". After a couple years of glitter and neon, she decided to hang up her heels and return home to Texas where she could roam wild in fringe dresses and cowboy boots. Rosie currently resides in Corpus Christi, Texas where she is the founder, producer, director and performer in the outrageously popular, always pleasurable, sell out show: The After Dark Revue.During her wildly entertaining career she has had the pleasure of performing with some of her favorite bands including Los Straightjackets, The Martini Kings and Southern Culture on the Skids. She has also shared the stage with seasoned performers she looks up to at events such as the 2005 Miss Exotic World Pre-Party in California and a South by Southwest Burlesque Showcase in 2008 aptly titled "Scandalous Cinema". She has performed all over Texas in festivals and events and continues to raise the bar for new performers she trains in Corpus Christi.Rosie's style can be classified as classic, for the most part. She loves the va-va-voom of that good ol' bump and grind music, but will intertwine with various 40's and 50's era musical styling's and make each song her own. She is trained in belly dance and creates her own costumes, choreographs her performances herself and mixes her own performances music. She believes and positive and professional attitude is what sets her and her show apart and guarantees a hip shaking good performance!

Maye Applebottom
Maye Applebottom has been involved in burlesque for about 5 yrs and performing for about 4. She started off as a stage maid for Babes in Sin, Tx and after a few shows wanted to try her hand at the shimmy. She danced with Babes in Sin, tx. and got a taste of the "behind the scenes" as well and when Rosie and Maye decided to close the chapter on Babes in Sin, TX , she stepped in to help co-produce the show as well as perform.
