George Lewkowicz is a writer, performer and composer.
He believes in fantastical tales and stories with a good dose of fun. Happiest when he’s on a stage or making something new and exciting, he wants to create in all media and across it, cross-fertilising styles in a genre-blending mish-mash.
George co-founded Tea Fuelled as a site for short stories with music. Since then it has grown into an Arts Collective of his most talented and brilliant friends, producing films, theatre and live events. George mainly writes and composes for Tea Fuelled. He has occasionally dabbled in acting but it’s not something he likes to talk about.
In 2010, he graduated from the Birkbeck MA in Creative Writing, during which his passion for multimedia storytelling grew and developed into his pseudonym, Superbard. Sueprbard is a storyteller from the future who performed his first show Superbard in Edinburgh in 2010, and is heading up for his new show Superbard And The Sexy Quantum Stories in 2011, in which he combines film, music, storytelling and theatre to tell a tale of quantum happenchance.
George has appeared on Radio 4, Newsnight, and The Jeremy Vine Show, wants to write a novel, a film, an album, perform more shows and one day takeover the world. Some have accused him of being a little ambitious.
If he did take over the world he would insist on tea drinking courses for all. However, he does also like coffee.
