Hi, I'm Richard, a portrait artist based in Derbyshire. I specialise in formal and fun pencil portraits copied from photographs.
I provide a very personal service, consulting you at every stage of the portrait process to make sure the finished picture is exactly how you want it.
The portrait process usually takes less than a week and with all the consultation done by e-mail, it really couldn't be easier.

Any scene, any theme, any costume and even any famous person. There really is no limit to what you can do with a fun portrait!
To place a portrait order or to get a price quote simply use this Contact Form. I will reply to your e-mail as soon as possible (usually the same day) to get a few more details from you regarding the type, style and size of portrait you want. I'll then give you a quote for your picture. Post & packing is extra and costs from £8.99 within the UK.
Once you have placed your portrait order and sent me your photos, I'll keep you updated with the progress of your portrait to ensure you are completely satisfied with the finished portrait. I'll also need to know the type of frame you require - Oak, Beech or Black.
Finally, when your portrait is finished and framed I will send you a proof photo so you can see the finished article. At this point, payment needs to be made. I will send you an e-mail with a PAYPAL link or if you prefer you can pay by cheque. As soon as your payment is recieved I will immediately dispatch your portrait for quick delivery.
