Bio
My education is from the 70th, art highschool in Norway and Poland.
In 80th and 90th I worked with computergraphics and special effects for film and TV.
From 2001 I have had regulary exhibitions every year.
I work both with graphic design, illustration and art.
One-man company means low prices and not less quality.
My most regarded commercial jobs are animations to olympic wintergames in Lillehammer 94
and TV design for NRK norwegian broadcasting.
My art philosophy.
I work mixed media. Idea is to use everyday life as input for creation. Not only nature but also technology is part of our life and subconciousness now. Our human body and soul are still the same after millions of years, but the surroundings and ability to absorb visual input is without questionmark increaced to an insane level in few decades. What this does to the inbuilt architecture of human mind nobody really care about, it is just development.
In my art I try not to be developed, influenced or manupulated, because I allready am. I try to work myself out of it.

ART IN A COMPUTER
Available information on internet with pictures, video,sound has become a part of everyday life all over the world.
The consume of everyday audiovisual input is increasing every month.This also effects the art as it is the forest of visual input we walk into every day.
In my pictures i borrow files, I use own drawings done both in computer and on real paper, photos, text or 3d modeling and video.
The architecture of human mind and body is still the same after millions of years. The challange of expressing a visual image is the same now as in the time man did cave paintings thousands of years ago.
I see my digital images connected to this space of time just environment and ability to adjust and adapt follows us with modern development.

Trademarks, not only for sale, but inside language and use of media strategy.The simplest dialog there is, that is why trademarks and icons functions in a fragmented complex world.
Not everything in existence is very simple, never the less, formula for what we want to understand is limited to the simple recognizable even where we need to see differences and dephts.That is why tademark thinking functions as an idea in all levels in an increasingly complex world.
The presence of media in public rooms are infecting personal privacy in a suspicious way. What benefits is built upon immediacy, those who speak short and clearly, not necessararly wise or doubtfully, a way of behaviour that has become none useful both in media and in the real life timetrap.
THE ICON
In history of art the icon is an important part by itself, but also as inspiration for all art later in history.
The tradition of religious icons has a strict demand to its content that simplifies the visual effect.
But this kind of effect is dwelling in the mystic area and not in the immediate appetite of human needs.
I have used icons as a basis in many pictures, but I add digial noise and other strange elements to comment upon lost and changing values.
The word INDEPENDENCE has developed a positive and powerful statement in democratic countries. A statement that in worst cases can use power as tool for injustice. And politic power has no good reputation how to incorporate the understandings and reflections that are necessary to deal with dialog and accept over the existence of mankind.
To be dependent is to show resposibility and allow own benefit not to be in focus when a bigger understanding for many parts is necessary. In everything from how we use the resourses of our world to understand the differences in human and cultural values and down to live in the intimate sphere of family relations we are dependent.
