Who we are
Fox Private Equity, LLC is part of network of registered investment bankers associates with Bedminster Financial Group of Philidelphia, Pennsylvania. The company was founded by Richard Fox, a corporate attorney, CPA, and registered investment banker with over 20 years experience as an oilfield entrepreuner. Fox holds a law degree and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. He earned the "Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor" designation from DePaul University. Fox founded The SulfaTreat Company in 1989, which has become a leading manufacturer of proprietary chemicals used worldwide. In 2001, Fox's company was acquired by Schlumberger Ltd. (NYSE: SLB) through its MiSwaco division. Fox stayed on to run the natural gas treating division and headed their merger and acquisition efforts in the area of natural gas technologies. Today, Fox is the principal owner of Fox Private Equity which also owns and operates companies in the oil and gas technology industry.
