Pastor Robert Dowen was born in Concord, Massachusetts, one of four children. His father was an auto mechanic and his mother was a home maker. He was raised in the tradition of a New England Congregationalist Church. His father was Protestant and his mother was Roman Catholic. The Dowen's have four grown children, three granddaughters, and two grandsons.
With nearly thirty years as an ordained Assemblies of God minister, newly transferred ordained minister to the International Pentecostal Holiness Church,
Pastor Dowen's experience extends from pastoral to evangelistic ministries covering locations from New England to Florida. God's purpose concerning man is to seek and save that which is lost, to be worshipped by man, and to build a body of believers in the image of Jesus Christ.
