Renato VentosoHello everybody, something about me.I Have graduated from the School of Art in my local town and then attended the Architecture degree.I have always had a passion for photography; I have bounght my first camera when I was 12 years old.I am working as a professional photographer since 1991.This website is dedicated to weddings and portraits photos.You could see further more in www.renatoventoso.com, which is the website that show different theme.My experienceBack in 1990 I trained, spending one year as a stage-work trainee for well-know photographic agency. Following step was specialise in Black/White printing in another professional notherner pthographic studio.In the paste two decades I have been the official photographer for hundreds of wedding cerimonies.I organized some exhibitions in Italy and Scotland. Now I am preparing another for the Heart Foundation in the next January. You can see in the portraits section the pictures will be exhibite.

At 16 years of age I was fortunate enough to get into a photography course when I was going through 5th and 6th Year at school in Prestwick, the course was film based and progressed from processing both black and white film processing and printing through to colour film processing and printing and had a broad range of subject matter.
My first camera was a fully manual Pentax K1000 which I used for many years for a variety of subjects.
After moving to Glasgow, in 2004 I decided to make the jump from film to digital with the purchase of a Canon 10D which served me well for 5 years. I found myself specialising in landscape and architecture and after deciding to sell my work in a professional basis I decided to upgraded to a full frame Canon 5D MKII in 2009.
I continue to take landscape and architecture photos as well as work with Renato on Weddings and other special productions.

Portrait service COST EXPLANATION OF PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHYMany people ask about the prices associated with prints, portraits, collages, etc. So here is my best attempt at a detailedexplanation...A typical session involves driving to meet you at your location,( or in astudio in Glasgow),getting set-up, and then 1-2 hours of shooting time.After the photo shoot, we elaborate the pictureswith Macintosh computer system. We run each photo through a colourcorrection process in photoshop. We resize the images and retouchblemishes, use colour enhancements, adjust contrast and brightnesslevels, convert to black & white images, etc. to make them moreaesthetically-pleasing.All the best photos will give back in a cd for internet purpose.Session Fee:£ 190 (on-location session).£ 210 (from 15 to 30 miles).For longest distance please contact us for an agreement.* All sessions include photographer's time and talent for one to twohours to capture 20 to 35 final images, post-processing of images,retouching and attention to each image.* 5 8x12 photo print or 2 12x18 print.Is also possible to realize a photo book with 20 pages to the extra cost of £30the cost for more prints are:1copy 8x12 £ 8more than 5 8x12 £ 6 each1 copy 12x18 £12more than 5 12x18 £ 8,5 each
