ABOUT US
We are a youth group focused on loving God, loving friends, and loving the world around us.
We meet every friday at 7 pm for worship, games, and a great time.
We want the world, and everyone in it, to encounter Jesus and have their lives changed for ever.
Our goal is to simply love. We try to live the life that Jesus, our Saviour, told us to live. This life is defined by love. It is selfless, humble, hopeful and patient. Too many teens walk around lonely, abandoned, and afraid; while too many christians ignore them and walk by. We believe in a God who is saddened by this, and whose heart breaks for all people. And so, because we have experienced the Love of our Father - the love that is so deep, so wide, so high, so long, so unthinkable, so amazing - we must, we are compelled, to share it with others.
Jesus came for all people. He loves those who are broken and need help. We long to be that encounter of love for people.
"As you go, preach this message: The Kingdom of Heaven is near. Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the leper, cast out demons." Matt 10:7-8
Every Friday at 7 pm we hold youth orientated serivces. But we also play group wide games, enjoy food, go on trips, missions, and outreach minded events.
Every first friday of each month we meet at St. Joachim Catholic School for a "Gym night" from 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm.

LEADERSHIP
The Remnant is lead by Michael Rutledge the Youth Pastor at Calvary Pentecostal Taberbacle. He is currently in the process of completeing a degree in Theology from Redeemer Universtiy. He has been involved with Youth ministry for 5+ years and has a heart to see the up coming genereation know the greatness of Christ.
