I loved Nepal from my first visit in 2002. Brian, my husband, and I decided to sell all of our possessions and move to Kathmandu in January of 2010.I love photographing the people, mountains and religious sites.I caught the travel bug from my parents early in life. I was included to many trips to the Caribbean and of course, all of the Hot Air Balloon festivals in New England and a few in Canada. Both my mom and dad were Hot Air Balloon pilots. Maybe I also inherited a sense of adventure, because I am definitely not one to go for a packaged "all-inclusive" vacation!Brian and I traveled around the world for 8 months after I graduated from college (Fiji, New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Nepal, India, Egypt, Jordan, Turkey and Greece). We backpacked Europe (France, Spain, Italy, Greece, Ireland & back to France) in 1999. We have also been to Peru & Tanzania to climb Mount Kilimanjaro. Also, Mexico twice (but that doesn't really count, does it?). I am looking forward to exploring central Asia & Tibet while based in Nepal. What else is on my bucket list? Antarctica (Shackleton was THE MAN), Israel, Cuba, Hong Kong, Brazil, Chile & more of the Middle East and South America.
