Please note that samples are available upon request at retail pricing. We are happy to credit you the difference between wholesale and retail once your order is placed. We ask that you remind us of this sample credit when placing your order. Kindly limit requests one item per customer.
Exclusivity Policy
We regret that we cannot assure our wholesale customers exclusivity. In some instances we may consider providing a specific product to you exclusively.
Order Processing and Shipping
Orders are generally shipped within 3 weeks. We will forward your goods by the courier best suited. Our criteria for choosing a courier is based on competitive pricing, service to your area and the ability to transport goods safely and quickly. Please indicate whether there are is delivery access or time/date restrictions with regard to shipping.
Pricing
Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars, excluding applicable taxes, shipping and handling.
Return Policy
Return is permitted with prior confirmation from bobdog, email with your order number for a confirmation email. You must receive a claim authorization number prior to returning the item(s). Please ensure that all returns are sent to the address provided in the email.
Shortage and Damaged Claims
All shortage and claims for damage must be reported within three
days of receipt of product. Bobdog will arrange for the pickup
and replacement and/or reimbursement/credit as required.
