A Texas native, Steven Michael began his career as a stage actor. With over 15 years of experience, he has been see in in such national tours as Kiss Me Kate, Phantom, Camelot, Disneys Beauty & the Beast, and Fiddler on the Roof and is a proud member of Actors Equity.
Taking up his sister's old guitar, Steven Michael decided to fulfill his dream and finally learn how to play guitar.
15 years later, after having to retire from the theater due to knee surgery, he finally decided it was time to face the open mic. And where better to start than in New York City. He never looked back.
Now in his junior year, Steven Michael has played in venues all over the country, including NYC, LA, and Nashville, TN.
Next summer, Steven Michael will transplant to Nashville to record his first album entitled "A Million Miles Away".
