Michael and Martha Moles are the Chief Instructors at River Dell Shukokai Karate Center and are part of Kimura Shukokai International. K.S.I. is an international organization with associations in 20 countries. Michael and Martha have a combined experience of over 55 years in Shukokai Karate.
Michael has a rank of Black Belt Fifth Degree and Martha has a rank of Black Belt Fourth Degree. Michael is also a Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt. They both originally trained with the World Chief Instructor, Shihan Kimura. Shihan Kimura was a Ninth -Degree Black Belt, who had his World Headquarters in Tenafly, New Jersey. On his passing in 1995, Michael and Martha continued training with one of his top instructors, Sensei Mac Albus, at his Shukokai Karate Center in Pearl River, New York. Michael has represented the U.S.A. Shukokai Karate Team and competed individually in 12 Shukokai World Championships for the past 24 years. Martha has represented the U.S.A. Shukokai Karate Team and competed individually in 8 World Championships for the past 16 years. Their competitions have taken both of them to world championships in the countries of England, Finland, Switzerland, South Africa, Portugal, U.S.A., Germany. Michael competed in the 2008 World Championships in Zurich, Switzerland and won Gold. He Competed in the 2010 World Championships in Lisbon, Portugal and won Gold again! Michael is a Four-Time World Kumite Champion and Martha has won Silver and Bronze in recent World Championships.

Sensei Mike Moles of the River Dell
Shukokai Karate Center in Oradell competed at the Kimura Shukokai International World Karate Championships in Lisbon, Portugal, in May 2010. Mike won the gold medal in Men's Veteran Kumite (fighting), and is now a four-time Shukokai world champion.
Sensei Mike Gets a Black Belt in Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
He received a Black Belt in Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu on April 14, 2011, at Professor Royler Gracie Training Session/Promotion.
His instructor, Professor Louis Vintaloro & Professor Royler Gracie presented it him.
After 13 years of training It Felt Awesome!

ORADELL KARATE TOURNAMENT WINNERS Four students from the River Dell Shukokai Karate Center in Oradell competed in the Shukokai National Karate Tournament, December 5, 2009, held in Fords, NJ. The Kumite and Kata winners are Jacqueline Raguindin Gold & Silver Medals, Yoshiki Kakehi Silver Medal, Kyle Balasny Two Gold Medals and Alec Balasny Two Gold Medals. They All Looked Great!
