R.C.S. uses The Oxford Funding Company Ltd to help our clients find the right finance package so you can buy your tyre bailer from us. Oxford Funding who are specialist finance brokers can source the best rate, terms and type of finance that are available in the market for each individual customer. Tel: 01242 226662 Fax: 01242 226206 www.thefundingco.co.uk You will consider leasing because: • Leasing the bailer means your own cash is not tied up. • Leasing is 100% offsetable against tax making it the most tax efficient way to buy your machine. • Leasing means you match the cost of your machine against your income each month. • Leasing fixes your overhead costs so it doesn't increase if interest rates go up. • Lease finance is often available when other funds are not. What does it cost? All finance is subject to status, and rates do vary, but the following is a guide issued by Oxford Funding as to what you might expect to pay: Generally, our clients fall into one of three categories: • A Large National firms (min turnover £5m) /local authorities • B Established businesses with up to date good accounts • C New starts and businesses with no accounts and or some adverse credit issues. Based on a new bailer costing £30,000 plus VAT. Lease finance agreement over 3years. 36 payments, 3 in advance followed by 33 further payments. A £983 plus VAT per month B £1,101 plus VAT per month 36 payments, 6 in advance followed by 30 C £1,197 plus VAT per month On all agreements there is a one off documentation fee payable on signing, normally not exceeding £250 plus VAT. At the end of the lease, title to the bailer passes for one extra nominal payment. What happens next? A specialist broker from Oxford funding will contact you. They will be working on your behalf to get you the best finance deal. They will initially ask you questions to establish which category of client you are. They will reconfirm an exact quote. If you elect to go with the quote, then Oxford Funding will probably ask you to assist them by sending them copies of accounts/bank statements and or other information which they may deem can assist in getting you the best terms. When you have reached this stage, then searches will be done on your business and the directors/proprietors of the business. Your offer should be issued. In the event it isn't then Oxford Funding will keep looking and may need more information. However they will keep working till the best offer for you is found. When you have your offer, and you have decided to go ahead, then you will need to make a commitment and sign the finance documents. Your agreement will start from when you get delivery. You will be asked by us R.C.S. to pay a deposit when you order your bailer. Any deposit you pay to us is offset against your initial rental due on your lease agreement. There is no added or extra charge made by us R.C.S. HILLS LANDFILL CELL

We carried out a Contract for supply and installation of a leachate layer for Hills landfill cell, ending in January 2010 for Hills Waste at Blunsden. This was the first year that Hills had used PAS 108 Tyre Bales instead of 50mm shred. The advantage of the bales was that they were easier to store on site, prior to placement. The shred took up more yard space and it spread across the site leading to additional clean-up costs. The bales were stacked neatly on site and there was no need for a clear up operation after the works were completed.

Overall Hills were happy with our operation. We had no impact on their ongoing site operations as the leachate layer was installed efficiently and professionally.
