Information Gathered
Our Agentur compiles information on travel agencies, including ARC, CLIA, and/or IATA numbers, addresses, and other contact information. Information compiled on individual users includes the agent's name and a password that the agent selects at the point of registration, as well as test results for online exams completed by the agent. The password acts as a unique identifier, and allows us to keep users' university records separate, calculate test results online, and redeem incentives provided by program sponsors. In addition, we collect and analyze information regarding usage of various parts of the site by individuals. We use or assign "cookies" - a feature of your Internet browser which identifies your computer (but not you individually) to our system - although if you access advertiser or sponsor information (including advertiser or sponsor web sites) through our Agentur you may be assigned a different cookie by the advertiser or sponsor through a process we do not control.
Use of the Information
The most important use of the information about you that is gathered at our Agentur is to provide the personalized services made available through the site, such as providing you with access to and real time correction of the individual exams, or permitting you entrance to the site each visit without re-registration. PASOS A SEGUIR PARA INSCRIBIRSE A LOS CURSOS DE IDIOMAS
Los pasos a seguir para reservar el curso son los siguientes:
1.-CONTACTE VIA EMAIL brtravelagency_gmail.com
Enviaremos hasta usted los formularios correspondientes. Formulario de Inscripcio'n y Contrato. Lea cuidadosamente el Contrato y Condiciones Generales del Programa.
2.-Llene el FORMULARIO DE INSCRIPCION
Una vez completado el Formulario de Inscripción del correspondiente programa de estudios /destino elegido, env'ielo directo via email o via fax. Una vez recibido confirmaremos con usted el costo actual del curso/hospedaje solicitado.
Podra' accesar a todos los formularios de Inscripción desde los doc archivo que enviaremos hasta usted .
3- RESERVA del CURSO
Una vez llenado el Formulario ,envie este documento via EMAIL junto con el pago de la RESERVA del curso o programa deseado; asi y con su aprobación , haremos la reservación del curso o programa deseado. La transacci'on se concreta con el primer Pago del Curso y el envio del Contrato firmado correspondiente via correo normal a nuestra direccio'n postal. VER CONTACT
4.- Pago de la RESERVA
Una vez enviado el Formulario y el contrato, debera' hacer los pagos correspondientes segu'n y de acuerdo al contrato. El importe de la reserva es indispensable pues depende de varios factores (entre ellos la necesidad de cubrir por adelantado el alojamiento, destino/academia\ Profesor, duración del curso, etc). 5.-Carta de Aceptación / ENVIO DE DOCUMENTACION
Dentro de las 24-48 horas hábiles de realizado el pago de la RESERVA (y habiendo completado el envio del formulario de Inscripción) enviamos la Documentación del curso confirmando la plaza , la carta aceptacio'n al curso, detalles del curso y el RECIBO por el pago realizado.
6.-Trámite de Visa (SOLO PARA VIAJES DE MAS DE 3 MESES)
Debe tramitar la visa, presentando la documentación de la academia que le hayamos enviado. De este modo estará demostrando que el motivo de su viaje es realizar un curso de inglés. Igualmente, debe reunir toda la demás documentación personal, financiera, laboral, etc. que le solicita la embajada o consulado.
Aclaración: Es importante aclarar que la "Carta de Aceptación" de la academia es un requisito (en muchos casos obligatorio para obtener el visado), y que el hecho de presentarla no implica garantía alguna de obtener el visado. Cada visado es otorgado o no, según el conjunto de la documentación presentada por el interesado, entre la cual está la Documentación de la academia que nosotros hayamos enviado.

Importante: Cualquiera sea el resultado del pedido de visa, tiene obligación de mantenernos informados sobre el proceso de visado, posibles demoras, comunicación de la embajada/consulado así que (más aún) informarnos si el visado fue otorgado o no.
En algunos casos de academias que reintegran gran parte del anticipo pagado ante la negación del visado, es obligatorio enviarnos copia (escaneo o fax) de la comunicación de la embajada manifestando la negación.
7.- Información del Alojamiento (ARRIBO)
Si el curso fue contratado con alojamiento, ANTES de viajar enviamos la información correspondiente (Dirección del lugar a llegar, Teléfono, etc. Si es casa de familia o habitacio'n para estudiantes, tambie'n se enviara' datos del Profesor, su Nombre, Apellido, Perfil de la familia etc).
Asimismo, se enviara' la informacio'n del Servicio de Recepción en el Aeropuerto (Airport Pick Up).POR FAVOR requerimos los datos del vuelo de llegada.
8.- Pago del SALDO / VIAJE
Las condiciones para el pago del SALDO esta'n indicadas en el contrato( el TOTAL, menos lo que ya se hubiese pagado, debera' cubrirse y al menos1 mes antes del comienzo del curso o ARRIBO ). Esto debido y a que dependemos de varios factores, como :
Exigencias de la legislación del país de destino.
Preparacio'n del Curso
Destino / Academia / Profesorado
Promoción (normalmente requieren el pago anticipado justamente por tratarse de precios especiale).
Asegurar la reservaciòn y cupo li'mite.
FORMAS DE PAGO ACEPTADOS:
Medios aceptados por B&R (Normalmente utilizados para el/los adelanto/s):
(a) Tarjeta de Crédito (Visa, Mastercard o American Express internacionales) .
Por sistemas seguros online o por sistema PAYPAL (www.paypal.com). En cualquier caso el débito es en CHF ò EUR, según hayamos acordado previamente. Llegado el caso le informaremos los links/ enlaces correspondientes para realizar el pago de manera segura (en cualquier caso, nosotros no visualizamos nunca los datos de su tarjeta de crédito).
(b) Western Union / Money Gram: Enviarnos el adelanto mediante el envío de dinero de Western Union o Money Gram. Es un método rápido, seguro y eficaz. Hemos utilizado con éxito este método varias veces con personas de varios países. Las Agencias WU ó MGram pueden buscarse en los respectivos sitios de Internet ya que cuentan con agencias en todo el mundo.
(c) Transferencia ELECTRONICA Bancaria (Enviaremos los datos de nuestras cuentas bancarias por mail y procedimiento).
(d) NO ACEPTAMOS CHEQUES PERSONALES
