Insurance
Many insurance policies cover acupuncture. Upon your request I will supply you with a Superbill. A Superbill is a receipt that shows what services you received along with their special insurance specific codes. You may submit it directly to your insurance company to seek reimbursement for payments you made. Please note that full payment is due at time of service and we cannot guarantee reimbursement. Please call your insurance company to ask if acupuncture is covered under your policy and check to make sure that Superbills are accepted.
Cancellation Policy:
In order to avoid a late cancellation charge of $30.00, please give 24 hours notice of cancellation.
