Hello,
my name is JoLene Danielson, the owner and breeder of Raining Chinchillas.
I got my first chinchilla at the age of 10 years old, Saphire, and have been hooked on them ever since! I got my first Lowe Recessive White, Noon June 7th, 2010.
I currently have my chinchillas in a long abandoned dog run where my grandfather had his dogs. After many hours spent over the summer cleaning, painting, reroofing, and reflooring, it makes a great home for the chinchillas!
I live in green Hillsboro Oregon, but I travel all over the West Coast. If you're interested, I can travel if necessary.
If you have questions, email me at rainingchinchillas_yahoo.com

Saphire, Jolene's first chinchilla. She was born June 25th, 2006, she is and will always have a special spot in her heart. She is and will always be the heart of Raining Chinchillas.
Alexanderite is the father of most of our chinchillas here at Raining Chinchillas. He is a Pastel/Tan chinchilla who loves to be held. His pedigree will be added as soon as possible.
Ahhh... Champaigne. She's a fiesty one. When we first met, she gave me a nice scar. Made me loose some blood, but once she got ot know me, and after she was out of the car, we got a long pretty well.
Noon is our first Lowe Reccessive White, and the only Lowe Reccessive White in the US! He's on the quiet side, but he's deffinately a stud.

Midnight loves to squeek, and sqwirm, but deep in that fur, there's a heart. She's never biten, or drawn blood, but she will tell you to put her down so she could be free and jump where she pleases.

Ziggy. What a silly girly! One of the things that she reminds me of when I see her is one day she got out of her cage. I frantically searched the entire building. Panic followed. Where could she be? I saw that my bag of Blue Cloud dust was open and I was afraid it could have acted like quick sand and swallowed her up! Moments later, I found her in the Timothy Hay bow, just munchin away...
Bought at the MCBA Issaquah Washington Show September 11, 2010.

Zaggy is a handsome young fellow! He takes great photos, and I think he smiles at the camera! Although he is a little on the small side, who says small isn't a good thing? I had won him in the raffle with Zaggy at the MCBA Issaquah Washing Show September 11, 2010.

Sassy is one sassy girl! She looks just like her mom, with her dark glossy fur. Greeting every time she is fed, she is almost a spitting image of her mom. Hope she does just as well as her mom at shows!
Spunky is a ball of spunk! Born April 20th, 2011 she was born 6 days before her half sister Sparky whom she resembles. Her father Zaggy and mother Ziggy both were won as a raffle breeding pair at the Isaquah Show in 2010.
Born on the same day as Jozy (JoLene's cousin and best freind) April 26th 2011, she resembles Jozy's spazy personality, hence the name. Fits like a glove.
