About Me
I am Mr. Solutionist. And I am Director of LinkingR ~ An Online Personal Branding Agency with a Strategic Approach. I recently founded this ambitious agency to help individuals like you and me to take the advantage of their Own Personal Brand and work towards achieving their dreams. I believe that most of us are not aware of our own strengths and overlook our dreams. And I think it is just a matter of motivation and inspiration. Take for instance, I have always been motivated by my surroundings, I look for inspiration in what is truly amazing and I always keep learning. And from my own experience I am aware that life is about achieving something great through finding a purpose, taking inspiration, seeing dreams and staying focused to achieve them. And like in my case, everyone can achieve their dreams. I always dreamt of achieving something great. So once I dreamt of doing an MBA and securing a Distinction. And I did. That’s just one of the dreams I have achieved. But my most important dream right now is to play a part in helping others achieve their dreams. And even if it means I helping them build their Personal Brand.
I have solved business problems and improved processes within organisations to meet their business objectives. I am creative and bring strategic solutions and quality control. In the organisations I worked for, I did this through quality inspection and through implementing process standardisation. I took a lot of pride in organisational success with high acumen for sustainability. And with over 6 years of combined work experience and knowledge gained from Management schools, I acquired commercial awareness necessary to look at a business problem from a 360° view. And I was still not satisfied. Why?
Because I saw that organisations go bust or they shine and rule the markets they operate in. And whether they’re successful with solutions provided by external or internal consultants, they still have problems. And one of the major reasons for problems to exist in any organisation is because there are people within the organisations who themselves have problems. So, I thought why not treat the root cause of the disease so that there are less problems in the business world. And I think by helping individuals overcome their personal problems and help them work towards achieving their dreams and aspirations, I will be more satisfied and content. So I recently launched LinkingR , to practically link Roles, Relationships, Responsibilities, Research, Rewards and Reputation.
Why Mr. Solutionist ?
I am Mr. Solutionist. My approach towards life is that of a solutionist. Over years of problem-solving, I discovered that all I have been doing is what a solutionist does. Focuses on problems and ensure resolutions that last longer. Life became simple and rewarding when I turned to a solutionist approach. Dreams became achievable, goals became clearer. At work I tend to look for clues for problems. This in turn leads me to discover greater solutions. I enjoy the process of 'Problem-Solving'. It keeps me occupied and focussed to achieve the end result. I believe in taking calculated risks, thriving for excellence and reaching out for the unimaginable. I have always nurtured ambitious goals. Life has been a learning episode for me and I mostly learn from others’ experiences. Everything I have achieved is a result of determination and hard-work. I continue to write my own destiny. And being a Solutionist helps me achieve my dreams.
I’ve not always been known as Mr. Solutionist. Well, there have been many similar associations made throughout my life. In school, my classmates would call me Inspector, as I would always ask a lot of questions. Then in college, they called me A Doctor, as I had developed the habit of diagnosing things. When in University, some would call me a Scientist, as I would try to invent my own methods of getting things done accurately. And when I began my career first I always would use my analytical mind. I would take time to go the root of a problem and come back with a solution. Yes, that’s what I would always do. I never would just highlight a problem without presenting a solution that’s creative, innovative and most importantly works for a long-term. So, I realise that what I’ve been doing my whole life is what a solutionist does.
Now, I continue to discover more solutions than problems and understand that it is one of the most sustainable approaches to leading a healthier and pleasant life. S. Sudha Kumar says,
Mr. Sudha Kumar taught me practical subjects such as Advanced Training Kitchen and Quantity Training Kitchen and also supervised my Final Year project based on study of cooking with Indian Liquors.
Mr. Sudha Kumar is now the Principal of Institute of Hotel Management Hyderabad, India. He has been Head of Department at IHM Hyderabad for several years and has qualifications such as M. Phil and MBA. He has been working for IHM, Hyderabad since 1980.
He has several achievements including 10 years contributing Cookery Recipes in 'Eenadu' - a Sunday Magazine. and being a Team Leader in making World's Biggest Laddu (Indian Sweet).
