1 - How many computers can I installl to?

The licence key allows ONE user to install to ONE PC. It can not be sold on or used by another user.

2 - What system requirements do I need?

The program will work on Windows XP, Vista and 7. Please make sure you have the latest .Net Framework installed and that you run the program as ADMINISTRATOR.

3 - I have a error what do I do?

If possible take a screenshot and send it to rafhelp_yahoo.co.uk providing as much information as possible about how and when the error occurred.

4 - I want to buy more than one licence will I get a discount?

Yes if you purchase more than one licence key at once we will give upto 20% discount depending on the number of licences.

5 - My pre-reg placement needs to be extended or repeated can I still use the program?

You will have to buy another licence key as the licence is only valid for one year.

Usage Help

Installation:

1 - Purchase the program online using the Buy Now page

2 - The download link and licencing details will be emailed to you.

3 - Unzip the zipped archive then double click the .msi installer

4 - Follow onscreen instructions

6 - Click on "Help Menu -> Enter New Licence"

7 - Enter you full name and copy and paste exact username and licence key sent to you.

8 - Press OK/Accept

9 - The licence key will be checked then veriified online.

10 - The program will then be activated and can be used as normal for one year.

Please note activation will send you name and licencing details oto our server. This is sent securely and is a one off requirement. Internet connection is required to activate your software.

Creating your user account:

1 - Start the program and click on the Accounts / Preferences button.

2 - Fill out all the appropriate field.

3 - Select 6 or 12 month placement.

4 - Enter a password if you want to restrict access to your data.

5 - Press save.

6 - If this is the first time you are pressing save you may want the program to automatically calculate your appraisal dates, i.e 13, 26, 39 and 49 week appraisals. If you want to update preferences next time you can simply press "no" on the prompt to save without calculating new dates.
