WHAT'S INVOLVED? Initially, your first massage treatment session will involve a free 20min consultation where I will ask you questions about your lifestyle and general medical history. This is to make sure there are no medical contraindications which may prevent me from treating you. It also allows me to get to know you a little better so that your massage can be taylor made to suits your needs. This information is kept strictly confidential and complies with data protection laws. Please ensure you allow extra time for this on your first session with us.WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE? SWEDISH MASSAGE:
This is a warming, soothing, pampering massage, focusing on areas of the back, neck, shoulders and a natural uplifting facial massage. Pressure is applied as soft or as firm as the client needs.
The five main techniques used in Swedish massage - stroking and gliding; kneading; rubbing; tapping or "pounding"; vibration - are probably what spring to mind when you think about a "typical" massage. They're designed to improve your circulation, soothe your muscles and make you more relaxed.
What is Swedish massage good for?
Swedish massage uses softer strokes on the bonier and more delicate parts of the body, and stronger strokes where there is thicker muscle coverage. This sensitivity to pressure makes it ideal for relaxation.
Besides the calming benefits, Swedish massage is also good for:

* improving circulation by increasing oxygen flow in the blood
* helping to keep ligaments and tendons supple

Massage In Care Homes
Andrew visits Care Homes, where he will massage the hands of the elderly residents. This is very unobtrusive, as no clothes need to be removed and the residents love the care and chat, just as much as the lovely warm feeling of the touch of the massage. From this Andrew is then asked for Foot Massages, back and neck Massages.
Corporate Massage
Andrew can be booked for the whole day or Evening for your company or clients in the Work Place, on location at your Motivational Days or at any of your special Events. Its a great way of keeping your staff motivated, and de-stressed. Great for people who sit at a desk for long periods of time.
