About our Club
The Mid America Cobra Club (MACC) is a not-for-profit corporation, which operates in the greater Kansas City area. It is an association that promotes technical assistance, encouragement and family recreational activities for owners, builders, and admirers of classic Cobra automobiles.
Membership is open to all enthusiasts of these fantastic driving machines! The MACC promotes education about Cobras through the sharing of personal experiences among members. We also promote your enjoyment of your vehicle through high profile endeavors such as car shows, parades, road tours, and racing competitions. Social events include club meetings, parties, and picnics.
Members of the MACC collectively represent a broad range of knowledge and experience that you'll find to be invaluable as you build your car or as you start the process of deciding which manufactured Cobra or kit you will purchase. Today you're faced with a broad selection of kits that range greatly in quality of fit & finish, integrity of the manufacturer and ease of assembly. Cobra owners are knowledgeable and enthusiastic 'hands on' resources. Tapping into the resources of your fellow MACC members can return you big dividends, and you'll have great fun at the same time!
Currently, there are 60+ members, and their cars represent many if not all manufacturers. If you now own a Cobra, are in the process of building one, are planning to purchase a Cobra or a kit, or just desire information, we invite you to attend the next event and come talk to us.

2011 Club Summer Picnic
The summer Club picnic at Shawnee Mission Park Shelter # 1 wasa great success! With over 16 Cobras and 50 members and family who participated.
The weather held out - just barely with a slight sprinkle or two. The weather was very nice with a cool breeze to keep the edge off. Check out the pictures!
