Depending on the time of the event, we arrive to dress the chairs in the morning, or if the venue permits the evening before. We will leave the room perfectly dressed ready for you and your guests to arrive. The morning after the event we will collect the covers and sashes, giving you one less thing to worry about.
Pure Dymonds Events will do delivery,set-up and pick-up for your event if located in the Hampton Roads, Virginia Area up to 20 miles.

Reservation
Customers are required to pay for all shipping and taxes
To reserve rental items and finalize this contract a 50% non refundable deposit is required, a valid credit card to be kept on file, and signed agreement. Final payment due 4 weeks prior to event along with final count required.
There is a $150.00 damage security fee for all rental items that are breakable to include: Vases,chargers and Ostrich Feather Centerpieces. This deposit will be held until all items are return in the condition in which is they were sent. If items are damaged or loss they will be deducted from the damage security fee. There is also a cleaning fee applied for each rental according to number of units.
Please make sure when choosing style of items that they are the correct style ie: (folding, banquet style chair covers, color type of material).After contract has been signed there will be no changes in the order. All rental items will be final, unless to add more to the order.Getting a sample is highly suggested.to make sure of proper chair cover fit.
Setup/Breakdown is an additional fee depending on number of items.
Return of Equiptment/Rental
All chair covers and linens must be shaken out and returned dry to prevent molding, then bagged in bags provided for soiled or dirty linen.
All chargers must be rinsed and returned in the original packing containers.
It is the customers responsibility to secure all items properly. We reserve the right to charge for damaged/missing items upon return date and time without notice to client, even if the damage waiver was paid.
***IMPORTANT*** Returns Instructions are provided to you via email or phone. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, they must be returned to the post office by 3:00pm EST Monday (or the following day if discussed)for mail out or late charges will be applied. A fee of $200.00 a day will be accessed for everyday the items are late and are not in the Pure Dymonds Events possession according to this agreement. Customer assumes full responsibility for all rented items, including their safe and proper use, operation, maintenance, and return.
Customer is responsible for all loss, damage or repair. All items have a replacement value of (7) seven times the rental value, plus applicable taxes, when not returned or in a condition that has permanently altered its proper use or appearance. Third parties (event planners, hosting facility, caterer, etc) cannot be held responsible for payment or return of lost or damaged items.
Payment
All order are to be paid in full 30 days prior to your event. NO EXCEPTIONS. Checks are not taken within 14 days of event date.
Payment of the full amount or 50% may be taken to reserve your date. All remainder 50% deposits must be paid 30 days prior to your event. If not paid by 12:01am the rental contract will be automatically terminated and there will be no refund of the 50% deposit.There will be a $150 reinstatment fee if we still have the date available.
