Rates are based on season and occupancy. The following rates are effective September 1, 2010:

Seasons:
High Season: January 5 - March 31 AND July 1 - September 6
Low Season: September 7 - December 18 AND April 1 - June 30
Peak Season: December 18 - January 5

Rates do not include 13.42% Hawaii GET and TAT taxes.
7 night minimum stay required for all bookings.
Security Deposit of $5000.
$800 - $1000 Cleaning Fee.
30% non refundable deposit must be received to hold dates.
Signed rental agreement is required prior to arrival.
Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
