Classes
Ashtanga
Classes are 5 weeks in duration and last for approximately one hour. It is important to wear comfortable clothes and to bring mats and/or blankets and pillows. One needs to be VERY comfortable in order to experience the full benefits of the class. The next session begins on Thursday, January 6th at 10am in Columbia, MD. The cost is $80 per session. Payment in the form of check or cash must be made in advance. There are no refunds.
