I have spent a lifetime devoted to visual art and design -- from designing and crafting displays and products as the Manager of the Central Design Division of Marshall Fields in Chicago, to teaching portraiture and pastel drawing, to sculpting, to writing and illustrating children's books -- my art has been my life, and I've loved every minute of it.
