History
Since1936 Circle K has had a long and deep connection to the PNW District. It's originis date back to the creation of the "Circle K House" at Washington State College. The Kiwainis club of Pullman wanted to establish a faternity, known as Kappa lota Phi, to help coligoate students with financial aid, leadership, and future career outlets. As time progressed the frist official Circle K club was charted in 1947 at Carthage College in the Illinois District. Come 1955 147 more schools had joined Carthage by establishing Circle K clubs of their own and soon recieved official endorsement from Kiwanis International.
