*The Tucci Foundation is a non-profit charitable organization established under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. In order to maintain its tax-exempt status, the foundation must organize and operate exclusively for charitable purposes. By maintaining the highest level of integrity, the foundation is allowed to receive tax-deductible contributions from supporters, which must then be used for exempt purposes. The Foundation does not engage in any political or lobbying activities; its design is purely philanthropic and the goal is to help as many worthy causes as possible.
