Special Requests
Sugarplum Catering is a full service catering company specializing in breakfasts, gourmet box lunches, buffets, receptions and BBQs. Along with our extensive menu, we are more than happy to work with you to create customized menus for your event. In addition, we can provide flowers and customized cakes with one weeks notice.
Ordering Guidelines
All orders must be placed by 12:00 noon prior to the day of the event. After 12:00 pm, we will try to accommodate orders subject to food availability and delivery scheduling. Orders placed/changed after 3:00 pm the day prior to delivery incur a $15 fee. When faxing or emailing an order, please call to assure receipt and to confirm availability of all products. Certain items require 48 hour notice. All items are prepared fresh daily. The catering office is open 7:00 am - 4:00 pm Mon.-Fri. and 7:00am-12:00pm Sat.
Cancellation Policy
48 hour notice is required for cancellation of an event. Cancellations after this time will be billed
for the full amount.
Prices
Prices do not include tax. Menus and prices are subject to change.
Equipment & Linens
Rental equipment and linens are available for an additional cost. Disposable tablecloths are included in the current pricing.
Our Equipment
Customers are responsible for our equipment until it has been picked up by Sugarplum's staff or returned to one of our coffee shops by whomever placed the order. If any of the equipment is missing, a charge will be added to the final invoice. This includes all non-disposable items such as coffee pots, baskets, chafing racks, etc. Paper goods are included with each delivery.
Delivery Fee*
Minimum for all orders Mon-Fri is $100 before tax & delivery charge.
Saturday service requires a $200.00 minimum.
Sunday service requires a $500.00 minimum.
All prices are subject to tax and delivery charge.
A delivery fee of $10.00 in Hyde Park and $30 outside of Hyde Park is added to each order. This fee includes drop-off and buffet set up. The Sugarplum staff will return the following day to pick up equipment unless arrangements are made for specific pick-up time. Please schedule this time when the order is placed. If the equipment is not ready when our representative arrives, we will have to charge an additional $15 pick-up fee to return. Because of delivery schedules, we recommend that you place your order as soon as possible to ensure your choice of delivery time. If our delivery service is fully booked, you can choose to pick up your order at the catering office or one of our Cafes.

Staff Service
Staff service/bartenders are available for events with a 4 hour minimum. Please allow 1 hour for set-up and clean-up of each event.
Equipment & Service Fees
A 5% equipment charge will be added to all hot food orders. The 5% will apply to the hot food items only. This fee covers all necessary service items for hot food buffet presentation.
