The Continental Breakfast with the addition of low fat yogurt, our homemade granola and milk.

The original Italian omelet stuffed with a variety of vegetables, cheeses and meats combinations baked until firm, fluffy and hot.
Classic Quiche (serves 6-8) $23.00
Our Quiche is prepared with the freshest ingredients and baked until lightly firm, then infused with more whipped eggs to give it a fluffy custard consistency.
Egg Strata (serves 12) $34.00
This egg and French bread casserole has been very popular at many of our brunch events. With a wide range of possible ingredients, it compliments almost any function.
