Welcome to the homepage for the second Seaway Film Festival! Our last festival was held way back in August 2008 at the local Port theatre in Cornwall, Ontario. This yearthe exact location will be a surprise until the month before the festival. As you may have noticed we have updated our name to reflect the arts community. In doing so this also meansthat we will be accepting video art in all forms. Such examples are as follows, Feature Length films, shorts and music videos, With live music being played nearby.There will be judging as per our first year and awards will be given. The festival will make its second year debut in August 2012. More details to come soon including prizes, judges and location (Cornwall, Ontario)!

Rules for Submissions
All entries into this festival are giving permission to for their material to be used for any reason for advertising purposes via the web or print ad. Video Entries: Each entry is subject to approval and a rating (provided by the film board at submitters expense) VIdeos not rated will have to be given a mandatory R rating.Must fall into 1 of 3 categoriesFeature: 30 minutes or overShort: Under 30 minutesMusic VIdeo: Under 10 minutesVideos must also be submitted in either a digital format such as mov, avi, mpg or on a DVD.
