Peter Kelly, Esq. is a native of New York State, born and raised in Westchester County, New York. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degreee from Middlebury College, Middlebury, Vermont. He attended New York Law School in New York City, and received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) in 1977. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1978.
