February 15th beings the new moon in Aquarius at 25 degrees.. ..look to see where the new moon falls in your horoscope to get an idea where the energy will be focused for the coming month. Remembering this is a 2 week period before the full moon to set goals and motivate oneself outwardly to achieve ones aims. Look to see whether the new moon conjoins or opposes a planet because this will determine the feel of the months ahead; eg: Saturn would add a sombre note as Jupiter would add a rich enthusiastic feel to the month. This new moon in Aquarius could indicate the need to focus on groups of people or a situation which could influence ones future. This new moon also coincides with the chinese new year in the “Tiger”. New moons are a profound time for group meditation.
Mercury enters Aquarius on the 10th February giving an extra boost to the Aquarius energy this month, those with fixed signs will find they can let go of fixed ideas easier while the water bearer gives us hope for the future instead of concerning ourselves with the past (Capricorn).
Jupiter now being in the sign of Pisces for the next year will help us create our plans and dreams, to expand the sense of our place in the universe.
Venus also enters into Pisces on the 11th February encouraging the creative process as we come to appreciate our thoughts and plans with more feeling and
at one ment (atonement) with our future goals. With the ease of creative intention that Pisces represents ( re - presents) its a good time to pre - tend (care for) our imaginative longings so as it mature the process into fertile seeds.
February 29th brings the full moon in Virgo 9 degrees.. . Full moons are a profound time for group meditation. Because it brings a culmination of affairs to the fore front look to your horoscope to see what is highlighted for you... Which house (sphere) is sensitive to this full moon illumination? Does the full moon conjoin or oppose a planet in your horoscope.? It opposes the sun at 9 degrees of Pisces us so if the full moon is emphasised in your horoscope ponder areas ready for awareness or integration.
This month continues to see Mars retrograding so the whole month can still be used to deliberately re-address areas of life ruled by Mars and Leo so as to enable a conscious re-evaluation of what is motivating one and to make the necessary adjustments for the coming direct phase of Mars next month for the next 2 years
