Q: Do you haze?
A: Absolutely not! Phi Beta Chi has a strict policy against hazing!
Q: What is your drinking policy?
A: All Phi Beta Chi events are strictly dry. There is no alcohol. We have a strict policy against that. Away from sorority events, the option to drink is up to the discretion of each sister, but girls are not allowed to drink while wearing Phi Beta Chi letters or while representing Phi Beta Chi.
Q: How much are dues? What if I have some financial issues?
A: Dues may vary, but this past semester dues were $435 for associate members and $170 for active members. Associate members only pay $435 for their first semester, as they are activated at the end of the semester. We have a financial director that you can talk to, if you have financial issues. She is absolutely amazing at making payment plans!
Q: How many girls are in your sorority?
A: We currently have about 25 members. We are a small sorority, but it gives us the advantage to really get to know eachother.
Q: Do you have to be Lutheran to join Phi Beta Chi?
A: Not at all! Though we honor the Lutheran heritage of our founders, members are not at all required to be Lutheran.
