Tithe Barn School is an Outstanding School (Ofsted - 2009)
The vision of the school is to produce Cheerful, Confident, Achievers. Its unique and innovative approach to all areas of its work spring from its own creation of the 'Brainforest Way'.
The highly motivated and skilled staff enable children to make outstanding progress and reach exceptionally high standards by the age of 11.
There is an exceptionally strong family atmosphere and sense of togetherness within the school.
The children's pages give static links to resources and games that have been put on the evr changing school blog and links fun activities and games with their classroom learning.
There are also a selection of videos to watch, some show you how somethings are done while others just give you information, have a look and let us know what you think!

This is where staff, pupil and parents interact to share their knowledge, develop out of hours learning and keep in touch. Children are now getting to the stage where they are posting work on their section of the blogs for people to see.

We try to keep our parents regularly updated through newsletters from the headteacher, letters on specific subjects such as trips or extra curricular activities and letters relevant to each year group.
If you'd like to ensure that you always receive letters home from school (rather than them getting lost at the bottom of a school bag!) why not sign up for email updates where letters will be emailled directly to you. Click the link on the right that reads Parent Mail and fill in the registration page or speak to Jill Rippon in the office if you are interested.
