Silver TJ
Here we have a heart transplant waiting for a new Jasper 6cyl.
Before.............and soon to be after!
Here is the problem part! Take a look on both sides of the block on the front and back. The connecting rods blew out of the side.......It’s pretty difficult to break one of these 4.0’s, but this customer managed it! We are not sure of the exact cause on this, but we found a VERY old oil change sticker!
Series Rover
We have a shot of our Rover ready for paint. We spent alot of time with metal work, and bit of filler prepping this Rover for some paint.
Jeep YJ
Now that the locker is done in this YJ, the customer wanted to be able to get in and out a bit easier. We built a custom set of rock slider, and integrated a lower step with some non-slip tape to give it the ultimate edge.
Emergency Work
Jack does some heavy welding on a one ton truck that came in with his hitch practically dragging on the ground. Give us a call if you have an emergency and we will take very good care of you too!
Fiberglass Prototypes
We have been working hard on this hood, and we have it ready as a finished plug, ready for fiberglass! We have some great ideas for a custom hood for both HiLine fenders and standard height. We want to make something unique. If you have some ideas for a custom look, send them to us!
We have an inner hood section ready for the resin.
Rodney is taking a slow and easy road shooting the resin on this piece. Making sure that everything is coated is very important with a very short window time. We have been smelling like a body shop for quite a while with these pieces of prototypes, and we can't wait to see the finished product!
