Who we are and what we do...
Association of Social Promotion "Otto Lettere" was established in 2009 as a non-profit organization, which operates in the field of linguistical and cultural mediation, promotion of culture and art, events of high historical, cultural, sportive and naturalisric importance, protection of civil rights, social assistance, etc.
The Association unites young, smart and talented Sardinian guys who are proud to present their native land to the world community, share best Sardinian traditions and rites and contribute to cultural interexchange.
One of the founders and the director of "Otto Lettere" is Davide Scalas.
What we offer you...
Italian language course "Otto Lettere" is one of the projects of the Association. The course started in May 2010 and since that attracted attention of those who study Italian language in different countries.
The lessons are held in the center of Cagliari, on one of the oldest streets of the city, walking distance from the port and ancient castle and 15 minutes by bus from the central beach Poetto.
All teachers are highly qualified and experienced in teaching Italian as a foreign language.
For our students, we offer not only a language course, but also help with the accommodation selection in Cagliari and daily leisure activities. Besides, our students can always rely on our 24/7 assistance.

Registration fee includes: one-year membership in the Association of Social Promotion "Otto Lettere", scolastic materials, Cagliari landmarks' excursion, provision of accommodation search services, documentation preparation, issue of certificate, etc.
FREE OF CHARGE we offer you the transfer from/ to Elmas airport (Cagliari) to/from the place of your accommodation upon your arrival and departure
Individual lessons are offered at the price of 20 euro/ hour for less than 15 hours, and at the price of 17 euro/ hour for more than 15 hours. There is no required minimal duration of an individual course. The offer is valid all year round.

Accommodation overview
Regardless of which lifestyle suits you best, you'll be living around native speakers and immersing yourself in local customs and culture, putting your language skills to use!
We can help you with the selection of the most suitable accommodation through our developed network of partnering structures
We suggest a single room accommodation in students' apartment as the best choice for your convenience, but also upon request, we can accommodate you in a double room, a hosting family (if available) or individual apartment
All students' apartments are located in the vicinity to the city center, where the language course takes place. The main shopping streets, restaurants and bars are at short walking distance as well as the ancient area of the city - The Castle - with its museums, evocative itineraries and breathtaking city and gulf views. In only 15 minutes by bus, you can reach the wonderful beach "Poetto" with its crystile waters and long stripe of white sand
Every apartment has fully staffed kitchen available for usage. Rooms are furnished with all the necessary facilities (inclued linen)
We do our best to ensure the most comfortable conditions for your stay in Cagliari!
Prices for other variants of accommodation are upon request
All utility services (water, gas, electricity, heating, etc.) are already included in the price
You will find your accommodation cleaned and ready for your arrival, as well you don't need to worry about cleaning it upon your departure (all cleaning services are already included in the price)
What can we offer you to do in your free time...
We organize different extracurriculium activities ranging from traditional pizzas and dinners, which help students to get acquinted and make friends, to excursions and sightseeing tours around Cagliari, the capital of Sardinia, as well as to the most famous places of interest on the island, including mysterious tombs of gigants and nuraghi.
Also we will advise you on the most beautiful beaches nearby, the best parties and places to go out in the city.
Our students are young people coming from different parts of Europe. You will find yourself in unique atmosphere of diversity and strive for getting to know new things.

The registration process is very simple...
All you need to do is to fill in the following application form and send us at:

- or give it to your local school manager (if you saw our advs in your local school).
To enrol you must be over 18 years old. We don't have any other age limitations.
Upon the receipt of your application, we will provide you with the detailed offer based on your preferences.
The enrolment will be confirmed upon prepayment of the registration fee and total language course price. You will receive the confirmation of your enrolment by fax, e-mail, post or through your local language school manager (as you desire).
