This building is covered on three sides. Units are 10 feet x 40 feet and rent for $60.00 month and 20 feet x 40 feet and rent for $100.00 per month.
Gated Covered Units
The gated covered units have been very popular with our tennants. The buildings are covered on three sides and each unit has a locking security gate. Units are 14 feet wide and 35 feet deep and rent for $65.00 per month or 12 feet wide and 20 feet deep and rent for $50.00 per month.
We are conveniently located just 1/2 mile North of Loop 335 on South Osage Street in Amarillo, Texas. We offer a variety of sizes to meet your needs, whether it be recreational vehicles, motor homes, boats or automobiles. Video surveillance operates 24 hours a day within our secure fenced and lighted property. We offer low rates and 24/7 access to all property. We live on site for your piece of mind.
