But, being fired from every imaginable job in the kingdom leaves you with a lot of skills. In fact, they are all of the skills needed to be the deadliest mercenaries in all the land... but don't tell them that.

Centuries ago, ancient gods roamed the Heavens and ruled the Earth. Having watched those gods become corrupted and oppressive against the defenseless mortals, the God of Israel took their powers away. The former gods were each left with an item called Ambrosia, personal affects that contained a small fraction of their former glory, and also keeping them away from death. For years, the gods have battled for Ambrosia, all of them thirsting to have enough to reinstate their own godly powers. Now, someone has stolen the Ambrosia of Zeus, and he lies at death's door. His daughter, Athena, now a devout Christian, reluctantly takes on the challenge of finding his power or stealing one from another god. By the hand of fate, she starts her investigation in Egypt, where she catches the eye of the jackal, Anubis...
