Life Coaching Being a spiritual life coach means being a friend, someone who wants your best on your own terms. I offer you my companionship on a road I know well, to help you understand and know yourself. I will start by asking you who you are now and what you want. Maybe you want better health, more joyous relationships, more professional success, more income, appreciation, love, happiness, or freedom. Maybe you want more, but do not know what. You may want to feel young again, and want to know how ... You may be stuck in a repetitive colorless life and wish to regain your passion and joy of living. Once we have decided to embark on this journey together, you fill in a questionnaire that helps me form a first picture of you and your current situation. During a first conversation by phone or through Skype we learn to know each other better and create a personal program for you, which we adjust as we go. Your personal program may involve changes in your daily routine, meditation instruction, recommendations for yoga or breathing exercises, advice on diet, exercises in conscious relating or other ways to boost your energy, insight and presence. We clarify your goals and sketch your road to reaching them. After this initial conversation we meet during eight consecutive weeks and have a one hour soul-to-soul conversation a week, discussing your immediate goals. We will look at what you have acchieved, and if not, what in yourself was in the way and how you can change that. Every week you will become more clear about what you want to change and will receive practical advice on how to go about it. After each call I send you a summary of our conversation by e-mail. On the same day you will also receive a complete prana healing treatment that helps you with the energy to make the changes you intend.Throughout the eight-week period, you have continuous access to me via e-mail. You can write as much and as often as you want, with questions or simply in order to go deeper into such that you want to look at. You will receive an answer from me every day. Our 8th conversation will be a recapitulation of all the new insights and changes that you have integrated, and also a look forward. If you feel that you want to continue this work together with me for a while, there are different options that you can find here. However, if you feel stable in your insights and clear over how your path continues, we will part with joy and gratitude for a new friendship. Prana healing is a method of directing Prana (vital energy) to help living beings return to harmony, thrive and evolve. I use this method with great respect and gratitude, with love and the joy of being of service to all living things.On these pages you will find information about the power of Prana healing and how it can help you.

FAQ When Prana is flowing - growth and well being When prana is flowing freely and abundantly through a human being, the mind and body are healthy, strong and full of vitality. Every single cell of the body receives high quality energy and uses it to do its proper work and to repair or recreate itself as needed. Balance is kept and a state of nourishment and fulfillment of every cell translates into a state of physical wellbeing for the person. Such an abundant flow of prana allows the human mind to function in a hightened state of awareness, giving rise to life-affirming thoughts and emotions like gratitude, awareness of opportunities in every problem, contentment, joy, kindness, playful creativity, generosity and a feeling of connection to other people and all of life. Having access to abundant prana helps us advance more easily on our spiritual path. When Prana isn't flowing- decay and disease When there are blocks in the subtle channels or when prana is not fresh, not properly absorbed or is being wasted, the cells of the physical body will start to function improperly, the internal balance of the organism will not be upheld and various diseases will manifest. At the same time, the mind will function at a lower level of energy, perceiving and creating problems, conflicts and lack, and giving rise to toxic emotions like fear, anger, guilt or depression. Physical health, relationships or professional life will not function properly and the subjective feeling will be of stagnation and unhappiness or even threat. When the intelligence of prana isn't nourishing us, we feel separate from and abandoned by life. How does Prana healing work?Prana healing works in two steps:1. It clears away blockages from your subtle body allowing your own life energy to flow freely. As soon as it starts flowing again, prana begins healing any disturbances which have caused your present physical/mental/emotional problem. 2. It gives your life energy a boost. As the level of prana in your subtle body has become low because of different blockages and toxic patterns, this extra prana that you now receive helps shorten the time it takes for you to access your next level of health, wellbeing and insight. Do I need to do anything? What will I feel during the healing session?If possible, I recommend that you sit or lie down comfortably during the healing session with your eyes closed and your attention in the body, with a relaxed and receptive attitude, and that you see to it that you are not disturbed. The subjective feeling during a healing session can be very different from one person to another. You might experience heat or tingling, a cool relaxation, the sensation of expansion, slight twitching or vibration. You might see a bright white light or different colours in your inner vision. Images, sounds or other impressions from your past might come up. You might feel blissful or start to cry. Or you might not feel anything in particular and only notice -in the following days and weeks- that things are different in you and around you. What should I expect after the Prana healing session? Expect more well being in all domains of your life, especially the specific one we worked on. Your blockages will be removed or partially relieved, and you might observe this effect immediately or in the weeks after the session. For physical problems, you will see an immediate improving of your condition. For problems in other areas of life, you will notice solutions arising where none were seen before and help coming from people and places you never expected. You will experience more joy, flow and ease. However, it is important to know that sometimes you might experience a seeming "down" before the "up". This is because as we work on a problem, different layers of blockages and resistence will surface, even such patterns that have caused you problems without your awareness of them. Things you haven't been able to deal with in the past might now come up to be released, because you now have much more energy (Prana) for your healing. This is a positive unfolding and nothing to worry about. Just remind yourself that you are now releasing such that you don't need in your life anymore, take extra care of yourself and if you need extra support and guidance during this phase- please consider a counselling session.Note on life-threatening situations and terminal diseases: Prana healing has the potential to change any outcome. But every soul has a free will and its own plan, so my intention can never force itself on a soul. In the case when the soul chooses to leave this particular shape, the extra Prana it receives will contribute to a smooth transition and an energized journey onward. Do I still go to the doctor?Prana healing is always a good complement but it is not meant to replace a doctor. In some cases, the healing will even manifest the best doctor or the best conventional treatment for you. Be open minded and allow your healing to happen in the best way. Do I need to meet you in person? You are most welcome to receive healing in person here in Sweden, but meeting me in person is not required for the healing to be just as effective. As I work in the domain of non-locality, my intention moves prana to correct disturbances from the deepest level of being and I can easily access your energy patterns regardless of location.If you do not live near by, simply contact me through the contact form on this site or through e-mail and we will schedule a convenient time when you can receive the healing, no matter where you are in the world. Who can benefit from Prana healing?Anyone can benefit - children, adults, animals, plants, families, groups, organizations, geographic regions. In human beings, prana healing works on all levels of being, so it will rectify imbalances in all domains of life- physical health, relationships, work, finances, creative projects and so on. Wherever your life isn't flowing properly- Prana healing can help. However, there are some things to consider:- in general, children and pets will heal faster than adults- Prana healing will quickly rectify superficial problems, but for chronic diseases and severe problems, which are most often rooted in deeper mental and emotional patterns, several sessions of Prana healing will be required and the healing will work best in combination with counselling. Can I seek your help for specific problems? Absolutely. We will work on whatever bothers you. Many times, a single Prana healing session is enough and your blockage is out of the way. But as all aspects of your life are interrelated, sometimes the healing will lead us to other issues than the ones which were visible on the surface. For example, physical ailments or financial backsets are most often connected to your relationship patterns and your core beliefs. As we work with Prana, the different layers of a problem will surface to be rebalanced and rectified.What types of problems do you work on?As prana is the energy of Life itself, it can work on any problem and change any outcome, as long as the intention comes from pure love and is aligned with the highest intelligence of Life. I offer free Prana healing for children up to age 15, and I will do my best to help everyone who contacts me. About Aurora Carlson

After many years of spiritual seeking, meditation, study and practice of Ayurveda, Yoga, Toltec and energy healing, thanks to the invaluable support from my teachers, I was eventually blessed with the greatest discovery of all - my Self. It is the unshakable foundation and source of the love, knowledge and life force that flow through me, and my gift to the world is being true to that deepest Self which we all are.

During the past ten years I have been teaching Ayurveda (the science of life), Reiki and Prana healing, have educated practitioners and teachers, and have helped hundreds of people to a better life through counselling, education,energy work and by simply being there for them.

I live on the Swedish West coast, but thanks to the Internet I have the pleasure and privilege to be able to help people from all over the world. I work with online coaching & counseling and distance healing and am always open to hold classes in different countries, so please get in touch if interested in organizing a workshop.
