Photography Exhibit Nature LA

The G2 Gallery Venice, California Exhibit will include photography from my environmental projects: Art by Nature, Aquarium Photoshoot, and Road Trip.

I will have prints of a few photos from my projects soon available at The G2 Gallery Nature LA exhibit. Handmade Wood Frames

For my photography, I have selected special frames using wood from salvaged, reclaimed, and sustainable resources. These first frame is handmade and treated with natural oil and wax to bring out the natural grain. All materials are all smoke and chemical free (because I have allergies).

The spalted maple frames are designed and created by myself and a friend. There are 129 species of Maple, which is native to North America, Asia, Europe and Northern Africa. Spalting is any wood coloration caused by fungi. This creates the unique lines and pigments in the grain. The smaller frames are also handmade using reclaimed and salvaged wood by Ivars Designs and Todd Manring. If you would like more information on the frames or the wood, please contact me. I will be adding more updates soon.

Environmental Design

Most of my photography is part of my environmental project. When I have the time, I research and photograph some of my favorite places and animals. The nature photography section is dedicated to environmental awareness and is part of project shine.
