He will carry out his promise to lead our company to be success (The definition of success in our company isn’t to gain lots of money, as well as making a great profit. The meaning of success here is to carry out our mission and vision, which is to satisfy our clients and help them to get happiness in their ordinary life.) It is believed that he will do his best in our company. - Production teamIn the production team, many of them are skillful designers. Some of them study the subject ‘Visual Art’. Therefore, the skill of drawing and designing the cartoons are without a doubt. - Design teamIn the design team, all of them are expert in designing comics and cartoons. Also, the composition of the schedule book completely shows their skill on art.- Sales and Marketing teamIn the sales and marketing team, the director has lots of experiences of selling the products to people. It is sure that the director will imitate the skills to the members in that department in order to increase our business performance. - IT teamIn the IT department, the director is professional at designing website, modifying photos in the software Photoshop, etc. In conclusion, he has a passion on using the computer. It will help our company a lot since the director will lead his team to promote our company, do survey, etc in the internet.- Finance teamOur finance director is a cautious and responsible student. It is surely that she can handle the money carefully. It is believed that she will lead her team to work in order to deal with the money problems in our company.

According to our market research, we found that most of the interviewers like schedule book, rather than files, memo paper. Therefore, we set our product to be schedule book. Schedule book can help our customers (especially the teenagers) a lot. Since they can be used to plan our customers schedule which can convenient their life. Moreover, we have designed lots of cartoons which surround the school life. The main character in the cartoons has experienced lots of interesting things in his school. The cartoons will surely make our customers have a belly laugh. So that it will fit in with our mission and vision: to satisfy our customers whishes and help them to seek happiness from their ordinary life.

Junior Achievement ProgrammePreliminary Business PlanIntroductionO2H, a JA Company is a JA company trading schedule books. We design our unique schedule book and commission to publishing company to print and produce the products. Companys name origin & our mission:The expanded meaning of our companys name O2H, organize opportunities of happiness and hopes, is meant to help customers to seek their own happiness from daily lives though creative lifestyle generated by organizing fun time.Objectives:1.To receive a profit of 25% by the end of January, 2012.2.To promote relations between company members.Executive Summary We chose teenagers to be our target customers. We will focus our sales and promotions of product on them. According to our market research, the favorable price of every product lies between $20-40. Our production goal is 300 books and since the number is not large, we are confident to sell them all. In other words, each of our company members needs to sell a quantity of 21 to reach the sales goal. Regarding our financial plan, we adopt an allowed fixed cost of $1100 and material cost of $5040. The cost per unit is calculated to be$20.16, to generate the set profit, we will set the price for at least 25% more than the cost which is $34. Product Pricing planIntroduction Our company O2H will have an initial capital of HK$7000 including $1100 fixed costs and $5040 material costs. Our gross profit is estimated to be 25%.Expected Cost The fixed costs include $100 for rent, $250 for marketing expenses and $400 for annual general meeting and miscellaneous. There will be a series of promotion before both pre-sales and trade fair. We are going to promote our production different ways: promotion in school, making fan page on the Internet through Facebook, designing a board and making announcement through PA system.Methods of advertising:First of all, video are being taken to play on assembly and canteen which can attract attention from students so as to know more about us. We can clearly state the pros of our product through multi-media but not a lengthy article.Moreover, we are designing a board for introducing our company for those investors and customers. There will be vision and mission, which tell about the company philosophy, and company goal to achieve. Also, the reason of choosing organizer as product related to the company vision will be told.Furthermore, we are having an announcement through the PA system on normal school days and designing posters in order to result the best promoting effect. For announcement, we have an idea of broadcasting a short drama like a radio play to tell mainly about the information of pre-sales and trade fair, which can at least let them know this event and check out the details by themselves through other promotion like the fan page on facebook. For posters, we are posting them on the stairs walking to school and somewhere with high flowing of students.On the other hand, we are going to establish a facebook fan page and an official website for posting some detail information of products, pre-sales, trade fair, contact, or po-sales in case of some unpredictable reasons. These can be a platform for the communication between customers and our company. Through these, staff members will be clear of their job and ensure completeness and thoroughness of all business operations.B)Employee Well-being1.To improve internal communication, regular meetings are conducted. Regular meetings with the board of directors are held to cultivate the habit of timely communication, even when there is not much to discuss.
