ABOUT
New Visions Outreach Center NVOC was formed in July 2009, as a non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization. NVOC was formed to help all disadvantaged youth and families to include underserved economically distressed families, striving to reduce homelessness and recidivism within segments of the population residing in the greater Richmond and Tidewater/Peninsula areas.New Visions Outreach Center is wholly owned and operated by two (2) Service Disabled Veterans with all the required credentials to address all the needs of our community services.
