I am a recent graduate of the University of Florida, and after years of rigorous studies have completed my BA in Film and Media Studies as of August 6th, 2011. I wrapped up my college career studying abroad in the film capital of the world at the Paris Research Center.I have had the privilege of working with many professors at the University of Florida in both the English department and the Art department. I have been developing my skills in Time Based Media, Digital imaging, and Performance and Installation, working with tools such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and Max/Msp/Jitter. Current research continues to broaden my knowledge on Film History and Critical Theory.I also have studied a wide variety of areas in Technical Theatre, working with professors at both the University of Florida as well as New World School of the Arts in Miami. I have served on working crews for both schools in areas such as Stage Management, Lighting, Costuming, and Set Construction/ Deconstruction. I have also recently worked with Liberty Lane Productions on a Festival Award Winning Short Film entitled You've Got Hell. I served as Primary Producer and helped in areas where I was needed on shoot days, such as Script Supervision, Set Decoration, Costuming, etc.As a Video Artist with experience in film studies and production, I am interested in a career ranging from experimental studio artwork, to commercial video and photography, to professional film and television production.
