Annual contracts are available at Northwest Scale Systems. Annual contract benefits include:
Labor rate reductions per hour. Stickers, Calibration Certifications, Cal Seals. Increased priority and emergency response times. Reports filed with the state, NWSS and you. Scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) on your chosen schedule. No money up front. Charges are given at the time of service with the reduced rates. Invoices will be sent once the work is completed.

The scope of work is to provide Preventive Maintenance to all scales in retail and industrial settings. We provide calibration certifications on all units, as well as provide emergency repair at any time. We provide service 24-7 to meet all your needs. Upon scale failure we will diagnose load cells, summing cards, cabling, wires, leads and indicators. A detailed list as follows:
Expert Service - Our technicians are factory trained and licensed within the state of Oregon & Washington. All of our calibration/service is done using certified test weights and equipment. (NIST and NTEP standards)
Savings - Savings on hourly service rates, on preventive maintenance and service work, and reduced trip rates for the duration of the agreement. Our contracts allow you to get the best possible price without compromising service standards!
Cleaning - Includes removal of dirt, dust, and other foreign material from your equipment.
Inspection- A careful inspection of all parts will be made for excessive wear or damaged parts. These parts will be repaired as necessary with factory approved parts.
Tesing & Adjusting- All scales will be tested with approved test weights. If necessary the adjustments will be made to make the scales weigh within acceptable accuracy standards.
Repairs- Any other necessary repairs will be made on site, or in our shop, at your preferential labor rates.
Reports- When normal part replacement and adjustments will no longer allow your equipment to weigh within acceptable accuracy standards, or to perform efficiently, you will be furnished with a written report of the conditions, and a recommendation of how to fix the problem.
Parts - All parts installed are under warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Replacement of a defective part (or parts) are warrantied for the first 30 days after the part is installed.
Quarterly and Bi-Annual contracts are also available at Northwest Scale Systems. Quarterly and Bi-Annual contract benefits include:
Savings on hourly service rates, preventive maintenance, and general service work, as well as reduced trip rates for the duration of the agreement. There is no cost to sign the contract and you won't pay until we do that work!
