About Us
Prima Management is a national residential property management company, not to be confused by block managing agents or letting agents. We only manage residential properties and do not provide a block management service.
Primarily we manage properties on behalf of letting agents, estate agents and home buying companies, however in January 2007 we opened up our service to cater for private landlords and investors looking for a central professional letting and management solution rather than a high street agent.
People ask us, 'why don't I use my local letting agent?', the answer is you can, letting agents are great when it comes to letting your property but can often not provide the best service when it comes to the management of your property.
We have created a highly sophisticated IT system to enable us to provide a first class property management service regardless of where your property is located in the UK.
Our highly trained staff have all worked in the letting industry, we do not simply provide a 'call centre', solution. Your property is managed 24 hours a day by property professionals who understand the industry and are constantly up to date with current legislation.
In addition to providing a comprehensive management solution we can also arrange EPC's (Energy Performance Certificates) and CP12 tests and services.

Property Management Throughout The UK
STEP 1 - INSTRUCT US TO MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY
Once you have decided to use Prima to professionally manage your property simply call 0845 643 0859 and one of our agents will take details of your property and your tenant. Don't forget your property can be located anywhere in the UK.
We will then deal directly with your tenant and/or agent (if any) to complete the transfer, you don't need to be involved we will do everything.
We will deal with all tenant types, from students and housing benefit claimants to corporate lets and private tenants.
We will notify you when the transfer has been completed, usually this takes no longer than 48 hours.
STEP 2 - WE'LL SET UP CONTRACTS AND ARRANGE PAYMENT METHOD
We will issue the tenant withe a new tenancy agreement or we will use your existing agreement.
We will set up an appropriate payment method with your tenant. Tenants can pay their rent in a variety of ways, our prefered method is by Direct Debit, however we can also accept standing orders, credit or debit cards and PayPoint card which enables tenants to make rental payments at any PostOffice, supermarket or anywhere where the PayPoint logo is displayed.
If your tenant is claiming any housing benefit we will contact the local council to arrange the transfer.
STEP 3 - RELAX AND LET US PROFESSIONALLY MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY
Your tenant will receive our information guide for tenants which answers any questions they may have and it provides access to our on-line management centre.
We will then professionally manage your property and be the first point of contact for your tenant.
You will receive your rent minus our 5% fee directly in to your bank account via BACS, you will also receive a detailed statement, this can be emailed or posted.
We will deal with any rental arrears promptly. And if your tenant reports any maintennace we will contact you via email, telephone, sms text or post giving you the freedom to continue with your day uninterrupted.

How Much Does It Cost?
Our price structure for property management is very easy, it's 5% pcm (per calendar month) no matter how much your rent is or where the property is located in the UK. There are no hidden fees and no catches. We will deal with all tenant types, from students and housing benefit claimants to private tenants and corporate lets.
