Club values and goals
Our definition of success: We know we are succeeding if the children turn up to play again next year.
Our goals are:
To provide a positive learning environment in which children can develop their soccer skills.
To ensure children of all abilities receive a fair go.
To ensure the children develop a love for the game of soccer, have fun and enjoy themselves.
To develop the social skills of the children.
To continually develop the skills of our coaches and administrators.

Juniors (Rooballers/youth) covers age groups from Under 6s to Under 10s so there is an age division to suit all ages. Both girls and boys form the mixed teams. The more players we get in this age group, the more age divisions we can field. Games have been restructured for the 2009 season. Please refer to small sided games for the 2009 season.
Training will be held at the Northcliffe Rec Centre , George Gardiner Driveat 3.30pm on Wednesdays, for U6s to U14s commencing 2nd September. Under 17s training will be 4.45pm. Attendance is compulsory as is proper training gear (i.e. no jeans). NB: Please ensure each player, at training and match games, bring their own named drink bottle. Refills will be available.
The canteen will be open for complimentary coffee/tea for parents and drinks/snacks will be available. The change rooms and toilets are located at the Clem Collins Centre which is next door to the Grandstand. (Please note that the store room is not a change room.)
Permission has been kindly granted by the Northcliffe District High School to train at the school oval if the recreation grounds are too wet. As the season progresses and the recreation grounds dry out training will resume there.
Northcliffe United Soccer Club is part of the Lower South West Soccer League, and we play teams from Pemberton, Bridgetown and Manjimup. There is a colourful and fantastic family atmosphere at all the grounds. Some games are played at home in Northcliffe at the Recreation Grounds, while others require travel to respective towns. Southern Strikers : Pemberton Recreation Grounds, Manjimup Rovers: Rae Park, Bridgetown Forest: Greenbushes Ground, SW Highway.
Northcliffe United Soccer Club has a fairly extensive canteen which is open on home games and training. Sausage sizzles are a regular occurrence during the season and will be advertised.
