Protecting the planet, respecting mother earth & sustainability are a big part of my life.
As often as possible I use recycled paints and paper or supply that has been gifted to me.
Many of these items would otherwise end up in a landfill.
An artists voice speaks through eternity because long after we are gone our art work continues to share it's beauty & touch other people's lives.

Good morning!
Finally winding down the Washington trip. Last night was spent late with friends reading cards and sharing art. I love the opportunity I have to meet such inspiring people all artists, in one way or another, especially at the end of my trip. Tomorrow will be spent getting inspired by the farm community of this lovely state.
Thank you, Washington as always, for all the inspiring thoughts and notes that keep my creative side alive this universe.
It is such a remarkable place.
With that thought in mind, have a blessed day and dont forget to stop by Reconstructed in Seattle.

This morning has a beautiful mist embracing the earth and the sky is a little gray. It is inspiring in a magical sence, makes me feel creative.
Winding down the Washington trip only to vision a quick future return. Every bit of this journey was quite remarkable as it always is, so especially today, I am grateful.
A little thought to share with everyone...
You are the keeper of light, so graious and connected. Continue to share your gifts with love and joy so that the inner child in you will continue to dance.
This is a message from one of the cards in my inspirional deck. With that thought in mind I hope you have a beautiful day. A special thank you to Kristen and Scott of Reconstructed Clothing and the beautiful gifts, love, spirit, enegry and hospitality. Today was another great day in Seattle.
Tuesday August 3rd, I will be at Reconstructed in Seattle 10am to 6pm embellishing prints on site. Thank you for your continued support with this ongoing exhibit. Looking forward to meeting many of you before leaving Washington state.
As many of you know my main focus is creating a diverse collection of art at afforadble prices. Life in itself is a piece of art everywhere we look there is an artform; nature, people, buildings, signs... When that level of anxiety that hits us every now and then creeps in, look at life through the eyes of an artists - with joy, laughter, peace and purpose.
May your life be as beautiful as that of a happy child.
Don't miss me on Tuesday, August 3rd from 10 to 6 at Reconstructed.
Once again thank you for your continued support.
ANNOUNCEMENT:
To the gentleman that wanted the print from the card: It will be available on August 3rd, in 11 x 17 size for $10.

A big thankyou to Kristen and crew at Reconstructed Clothing, last night's exhibit was a lot of fun. What a great turn out.
Seattle rocks with people that are very warm and connected to the beauty of our earth.
Thank you for sharing and also making the exhibit a great sucess. I hope you enjoy your art as much as I enjoyed creating it.
With that thought in mind the exhibit will continue to hang and I will continue to send new images.
Many Blessings to each and every one of you, Norma Jean

What an incredible day in Washington. I woke up to the warmth of the morning sun. Watered the veggies in the garden, amazed at the crop of fresh peas on the pod; It reminded me of my grandmothers garden.
In this everchanging world we are so fortunate to express our thoughts and dreams; How magical life can be.
Art comes in many forms like music comedy and any medium the artist chooses to utilize.
The one thing I love about art is that one painting can represent many different things to each and every one of us. The important thing is the freedom to express the joy of creating and the fact that as artists we have a gift to share with the world and we share it well.
Many Blessings, Norma Jean
