Full Grooming
- Preparatory brush-out including reasonable mat or
undercoat removal
- Ears cleaned and ear hair pulled
- Nails clipped
- Sanitary clip as called for by breed
(under belly and around butt region)
- Shampooing and Coat Conditioning

- De-shedding/ final brush-out
Excessive amounts of de-matting or undercoat removal, excessive dirtiness, parasites, shape of coat, and temperament of the visitor will be billed in addition to the standard styling rate.
Basic Grooming
-All of the above without styling and trimming of fur but includes touch up of facial hair and trimming of paw fur
Being styled is, in many ways, a stressful affair for your companions. To ensure an enjoyable styling experience for your companions, we urge you to make an appointment to shorten waiting time and also to avoid disappointment. We always endeavour to cut waiting times but will not compromise on the care and attention given each visitor.
Prices quoted will be based solely on walk-in grooming charges. Additional fees will be incurred should transportation be required.

A typical stay at NADC
During the day, Pooches will enjoy frolicking with friends in our play area or a large adjacent field, and let out for potty breaks at least 3 times/day.
Meals
It is in your pooches interest that we adhere as much as possible to stipulated meal times set forth for them. This will help prevent unnecessary digestive adjustment/stress and upset tummy. However, we do serve our shops dog food in replacement at a surcharge. Snacks will be given 2 to 3 times a day (depending on health status, activity level and age). In addition, we will administer oral and topical prescribed medications at no additional charge.
Bedding
We recommend that you bring favourite blankets and bedding to help your pooch adjust to being away from you and from home. Alternatively, fresh cotton towels will be provided daily for ultimate comfort during their stay with us.
Vaccinations & Hygiene Practices
We require up-to-date canine vaccinations. A flea & tick and heartworm medication is strongly advised. All pooches will be examined for fleas or ticks upon arrival, and thereafter sent for the check-in fleas & ticks dip.
Our housing area is fogged weekly and neem spray will be used on all pooches to deter flea and tick infestations. Shampoo sessions are given to pooches staying for at least 3 days. Do check back regularly for latest updates on promotions.
In order to be eligible for group activity during the day, your pooch must not display any aggressive tendencies towards other dogs or people.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
All slots for accommodation are to be pre-booked ahead of check-in. Reserved slots are only deem confirmed upon placement of deposit at NADC at least 3 weeks prior to the check-in date.
Should there be a cancellation of booking, deposits might be forfeited.

Hot oil therapy
Treatment is known for renewing and restoring capabilities for the coat (strengthens, thickens, replenishes bald spots, thinning and damaged strands) it is absorbed into skin, leaving inflamed parts calmed and facilitates hastened healing.
Highly recommended for dogs with sensitive problematic skin.
Hydrobath/Dead Sea Mud
This treatment begins with your pooch being shampoo-ed down with our specially formulated shampoo which helps remove dead or flaky skins. Your pooch is then treated to a warm bath with essential oil with calming effects. The dead sea mud treatment contains a high concentration of minerals that has long been advocated for its healing benefits for skin ailments.
Extremely beneficial for companions suffering from various forms of mild dermatitis, canine acne, heps clear oily seborrheaic skin, ringworms etc

Purple Bath Pooch
Shampoo Package consist of 10 sessions of shampoo-ing every 2 weeks. It is inclusive of cleansing of ear canals and trimming of nails. Prices include transportation fees. We'll send your pooch home all fragant and fluffy.
