Tips
Bathroom
- Collect water from your bath and pour it on the garden.
- Turn off tap when brushing your teeth.
- Reduce showers to a maximum of 4 minutes.
- Smaller baths.
- Get low-flow shower heads
Laundry
- Use cold water to wash your clothes.
- Buy highly rated water appliances.
Garden
- Use sprinklers instead of a hose.
- Buy plants that do not need much water.
- Buying a water tank will save heaps of water.
Kitchen
- When you are doing your dishes fill up the sink and put the plug in.
- Wash dishes manually
Print out these planners to see how much water use are saving. Write in your meter readings on either the Daily, Monthly or weekly planners depending how long you would like to do the challenge for. It has also got tips, tricks, goals and more to help you get started. If the print button does not work then just Copy the planner paste it in word or save as a picture and then print it.
