Our Story 88.3 SFP MUSIC HAS OVER 1 MILLION LISTENERS A WEEKThanks to its broadcast network of operators, 88.3 SFP Music has become one of the most 'unusual' success stories in the world! With portable FM transmitters, we play through an FM broadcast band frequency through a car stereo, or any radio on the 88.3FM frequency. We have a short range of up to 100 feet (30 metres) with any average radio (up to about 300feet (100 metres) with a very good radio under perfect conditions). This range has been enhanced as we operate in fixed locations of good high elevations, such as multi-story apartments and tall buildings. With the portable FM transmitters strategically scattered, we can reach between 3 - 5 miles within one planned radius on a superclear day!NOTE: the use of such devices in the US has so far remained legal being that they have not been modified from its original manufactured state.
