Ngwebifor attended the California Academy of Mathematics and Science leaving after the completion of 11th to begin her freshmen year at Fisk University in Nashville, Tennessee. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Religious and Philosophical Studies from Fisk in 1998.
Ngwebifor began her career in marketing and public relations by interning in the promotions department of the local radio station, working as a street team member for record companies and working for event production firms. With a proficient skill of putting her client in the forefront of their particular industry,

Ngwebifor is the daughter of world renown obesity and bariatric expert Dr. Mathias Fobi from Cameroon and philanthropist Helen J. N. Fobi, RN, MPA of Blackshear, Georgia.
